1.1Age Requirement

90ji services are intended exclusively for users aged 21 and above. No minor may register on this platform or use any of its services. The platform may request an identity document or proof of age at any time to verify a user's age.

1.2Single Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same person, the same device, the same IP address or the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

1.3Personal Use

Accounts are strictly for personal use only. Using an account on behalf of another person or for the benefit of a third party is not permitted. Sharing login credentials, passwords or personal account details with any third party is prohibited.

2.1Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, address, phone number and email — must be truthful, accurate and up to date. If any information changes, the user is responsible for updating their profile accordingly.

2.2Identity Verification (KYC)

90ji may at any time request a copy of a National Identity Card (NID), passport or other government-issued document for identity verification. Completing identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed. Failure to cooperate with the verification process may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

2.3Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account secure. Use a strong password and change it regularly. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

3.1Deposit Limits and Methods

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The following methods can be used to make a deposit:

The mobile banking account used for deposits must be registered in your name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

3.2Withdrawal Terms

3.3Transaction Currency

4.1Welcome Bonus

Newly registered users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳2,000 will earn an additional ৳3,000 in bonus funds. To withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of 25 times (25x) the total bonus amount must be completed. The welcome bonus applies only once per account.

4.2General Bonus Terms

• A bonus will only be awarded up to the amount for which the bonus earning conditions have been met.
• The validity period of each bonus will be stated in the offer details — once expired, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonus balance and real money are managed separately. Withdrawals cannot be made until the wagering requirement has been completed using the bonus.
• 90ji reserves the right to cancel a bonus if multiple accounts or any other irregularity is suspected.

4.3Right to Modify Promotional Offers

5.1Game Integrity and Fairness

6.2Tier Changes

VIP tier upgrades depend on your overall activity and consistency on the platform. Once a higher tier is reached, if that level of activity is not maintained after a set review period, the tier may be reduced. VIP benefits are added automatically.

6.3VIP Benefit Terms

VIP cashback and other benefits fall under the general bonus rules. A specific wagering requirement may need to be met before cashback funds can be withdrawn. 90ji reserves the right to modify the terms of the VIP program at any time.

7.1Fraud and Manipulation

• Exploiting weaknesses in the bonus system or games (Bonus Abuse or Game Exploit)

• Registering with a false identity or false information
• Making transactions using third-party payment methods
• Attempting to recover funds through chargebacks or payment disputes

7.2Anti-Money Laundering Policy

90ji maintains a firm stance against money laundering. Using an account for any form of money laundering, cleansing of illegal funds or any other unlawful financial activity is strictly prohibited. If such activity is suspected, 90ji reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities.

7.3Consequences of Violations

If a user engages in any of the prohibited activities described above, 90ji reserves the right to take the following actions:

• Temporarily or permanently close the account
• Cancel any bonuses or winnings earned
• Freeze or forfeit the balance held in the account
